Self love...6 tips to 'faking it till you make it'

Happy Man
Self-love is not about being conceited, it's about appreciating yourself without external help, looking at your life from the inside out. Antonio Borrello of Huffington Post lists the six components of self-love .

Begin writing your thoughts and journaling about what you really like and dislike, what drives and motivates you, and your goals and dreams for the future. Making this time for yourself fosters both the self-knowing and self-worth components of self-love.
